Full House: Partnering with KCP Creative Imagery

Recently Katlin from KCP Creative Imagery and I enrolled in a Family Photography workshop. When she invited me to a collab session in Indiana, I COULD NOT refuse!

Katlin reached out to her FB community in search of one family to photograph together. The response was overwhelming and we booked two Family Sessions AND two Mommy + Me Sessions... At the same time!!

After a week of planning, a full day of thunderstorms and an impromptu change in location,

our families SHOWED 👏🏻 UP 👏🏻

The Johnson Family

This beautiful family of 5 showed up to the session energized and ready to smile! Taylor even MADE the girls' outfits! I loved the unique elements she brought to the images. She truly is Super Mom!

The Thrasher Family

Wow! I don't know that I've ever seen a family so in sync. I really enjoyed spending time with Breanna and Beau talking about career paths, love and growth. James is one lucky baby!

Caitie + Brantley

Caitie and Brantley were a breath of fresh air! I asked Brantley what Caitie's hair smelled like. He leaned over and thought really intently about his response. Then he said "Purple!". Purple? I asked him why. He said "I love purple and I love my mom so her hair smells like purple.".

I swear my heart melted.

Adrianne + Colton

Adrianne and Colton took the evening by storm! Colton had so much fun listening to his favorite songs and exploring nature. I could hardly keep up! I really loved watching as Adrianne got on his level and took interest in EVERY rock Colton found. So sweet!

By the end of the evening Katlin and I were exhausted, dehydrated and ready to rest. But it was so worth it to meet these incredible families!
